Sweet & Tangy Green Grapes Juice

Made from fresh grapes, this is a refreshing energy drink that can be served with breakfast and snacks too. Yesterday my dear hubby has brought lots of grapes  but we found that it was not much sweet .So I thought to make this sweet and tangy juice. 
Grapes are very beneficial for our health.
1. It lowers cholesterol and protect against heart diseases.
2. It is an excellent source of Vit A, C, B6 and K, in addition to essential minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and selenium.
3.Grapes contain powerful antioxidants, which reduces ageing effects and many more benefits.

Here goes the receipe -

Ingredients:

1. Green grapes  - 2 cups
2. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
3. Ice cubes - 6 (I avoided this due to cold)
4. Sugar - 1 tsp

Method:

1. Wash the fresh grapes.
2. Blend grapes , ice cubes, sugar and lemon juice for a minute.
3. Pour in glass and serve chill. 

Cooking Note:
1. If you don't like the pulpy juice then you can strain it through sieve and enjoy..
